Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Custom Orders

As many of our products are made to order and customised to your specifications, custom orders may not be eligible for return. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
